Food Diary week 28

I need to eat better and more. I eat too little good food and too much sugary stuff. That's why I decided to start a diary about what I eat during a whole week.
Feels super embarrassing to write down/ take a picture everything down that I've eaten, maybe this will work. I'll have to pay more attention now.

Monday
  • latte
  • toast with avocado mayo, feta, and turkey slices
  • cherry tomatoes and mozzarella with balsamic
  • cucumber
  • honey melon and pomegranate
  • a bit of scrambled eggs with mozzarella and sun-dried tomatoes
  • yogurt and granola
  • piccolo bottle of rosé
  • jacket potato with tunamelt and a small green salad
  • latte
  • Kingis ice cream
  • glass of prosecco
  • parsnip brown butter soup for starters
  • Brioche, Lappish beef from charcoal grill, cold smoked reindeer, smoky mayonnaise, cheddar, tomato, red onion and Lapland puikula fries
  • glass of white wine
Tuesday



Wednesday
  • latte
  • sandich with mozzarella, tomato and sundried tomato
  • yogurt drink and
  • energy drink
  • feta, tomato & tuna
  • crispbread with butter, pecorino and salami
Thursday
  • pizza with tuna, parmesan and arugula
  • ice cream
  • energy drink
  • small Pätkis chocolate bar
  • small DaCapo chocolate bar
  • small BisBis licorice bar
  • small SukuLaku licorice bar
  • pasta with tomato sauce and mozzarella
Friday



Saturday
  • Hesburger six nuggets and fries + coke
  • Nocco energy drink
  • Tupla chocolate bar
  • small Pätkis chocolate bar
  • small DaCapo chocolate bar
  • small BisBis licorice bar
  • small SukuLaku licorice bar
Sunday

  • sandwich with chicken breast, feta, tomato, lettuce and olive oil
  • latte
  • half a subway with tuna, cheese, lettuce, tomato, green pepper and a bit of mayo
  • a small bag of crisps
  • Moomin soda
Such a terrible week. Some days I got to eat super well and some days I only ate once and then the food was crap. Arrgh. I'm very much enjoying (some days hating) the See How You Eat Coach- app, it has loads of other features than just taking pictures of what you eat.
