Food Diary week 26

I need to eat better and more. I eat too little good food and too much sugary stuff. That's why I decided to start a diary about what I eat during a whole week.
Feels super embarrassing to write everything down that I've eaten, maybe this will work. I'll have to pay more attention now.

Monday
  • two crispbreads (Swedish surskorpor, Finnish hapankorppu) with butter and gouda cheese
  • pasta with tomato sauce and eggplant and zucchini
  • baguette with butter and salty cheese
  • Rosé wine
  • Chicken breast with mashed potatoes
  • water
  • a glass of Rosé
  • Twix bar
  • some Daim chocolate
  • Cheese and onion crisps
  • coke 0,5l
  • Pepperoni pizza- slice
  • Haribo coke candy
Tuesday
  • latte
  • toast with avocado mayo, feta, and turkey slices
  • cherry tomatoes and mozzarella with balsamic
  • cucumber
  • honey melon and pomegranate
  • a bit of scrambled eggs with mozzarella and sun-dried tomatoes
  • yogurt and granola
  • smoothie with banana and strawberries
  • candy 
  • popcorn
  • coke
Wednesday
  • latte
  • toast with avocado mayo, feta, and turkey slices
  • cherry tomatoes and mozzarella with balsamic
  • cucumber
  • honey melon and pomegranate
  • a bit of scrambled eggs with mozzarella and sun-dried tomatoes
  • yogurt and granola
  • half of a baguette with cream cheese and salty cheese
  • Salad with spinach, tomato, mozzarella, cucumber and red pepper
Thursday
  • latte
  • salad with feta, spinach, arugula, cucumber, tomato, pomegranate, lenses and a slice of pita bread with hummus
  • burger with 200g beef steak, cheese, tomato, red onions, and mayo + fries
  • glass (12cl) of white wine 
Friday
  • latte
  • toast with avocado mayo, feta, and turkey slices
  • cherry tomatoes and mozzarella with balsamic
  • cucumber
  • honey melon and pomegranate
  • a bit of scrambled eggs with mozzarella and sun-dried tomatoes
  • yogurt and granola
  • ice cream and lemonade
  • Nepalese chicken curry
  • potato flatbread with butter, cheese, and salami
  • blueberries
  • Sugar-free drink from VitaminWell Free
Saturday
  • latte
  • toast with avocado mayo, feta, and turkey slices
  • cherry tomatoes and mozzarella with balsamic
  • cucumber
  • honey melon and pomegranate
  • a bit of scrambled eggs with mozzarella and sun-dried tomatoes
  • yogurt and granola
  • pizza with tuna and pineapples

Sunday

  • salad with feta, spinach, arugula, cucumber, tomato, pomegranate, lenses and a slice of pita bread with hummus
  • small Sub (15cm) with tuna, cheese, lettuce, tomato and green pepper, a bit of mayo and salt
  • a small bag of crisps
  • Muumi- soda
Interesting week indeed. Lots more good food than previous weeks but some days I only eat twice a day which is not good, xoxo
