I need to eat better and more. I eat too little good food and too much sugary stuff. That's why I decided to start a diary about what I eat during a whole week.
Feels super embarrassing to write everything down that I've eaten, maybe this will work. I'll have to pay more attention now.

- half of a baguette with cream cheese and salty cheese
- Salad with spinach, tomato, mozzarella, cucumber and red pepper
Thursday

- salad with feta, spinach, arugula, cucumber, tomato, pomegranate, lenses and a slice of pita bread with hummus
- burger with 200g beef steak, cheese, tomato, red onions, and mayo + fries
- glass (12cl) of white wine
Friday

Interesting week indeed. Lots more good food than previous weeks but some days I only eat twice a day which is not good, xoxo
