Food Diary week 24

I need to eat better and more. I eat too little good food and too much sugary stuff. That's why I decided to start a diary about what I eat during a whole week.
Feels super embarrassing to write everything down that I've eaten, maybe this will work. I'll have to pay more attention now.

Monday
  • latte
  • salad with feta, spinach, aragula, cucumber, tomato, pomegranate, lenses and a slice of pita bread with hummus
  • water
  • some chocolate cookies
  • Pink Panther smoothie from Jungle Juice (orange juice, banana and strawberries)
  • slice of pizza with tomato sauce, tuna, red onion and cherry tomato
  • small latte
  • half a bottle of Rosé champagne
  • tiny Coke from glass bottle
  • pita bread with salad, tomato, cucumber, falafel, halloumi + sweet potato chips
  • half a glass of Coke and Captain Morgan
Tuesday
  • latte
  • toast with avocado mayo, feta and turkey slices
  • cherry tomatoes and mozzarella with balsamico
  • cucumber
  • honey melon and pomegranate
  • bit of scrambled eggs with mozzarella and sun dried tomatoes
  • yoghurt and granola
  • four Skippers licorice pipes
  • pea protein pasta with pesto, cherry tomatoes, halloumi, avocado and chicken
  • half of a half baquette with cream cheese (garlic & herbs) and parmigiana reggiano
  • coke
  • chocolate cookies
  • latte
  • water
Wednesday
  • piece of baquette with cream cheese and parmigiano reggiano
  • energy drink
  • latte
  • water
  • salad with feta, spinach, aragula, cucumber, tomato, pomegranate, lenses and a slice of pita bread with hummus
  • three or four glasses of sparkling wine
  • energy drink
  • pizza with tuna, feta and pineapple
  • Moomin- soda
  • chocolate cookies
Thursday
  • latte
  • salad with feta, spinach, aragula, cucumber, tomato, pomegranate, lenses and a slice of pita bread with hummus
  • two small chocolate bars
  • smoothie with banana, strawberry & orange juice
  • glass of wine spritzer
  • two hamburgers with minced beef (10% fat), spinach, tomato, cucumber, parmesan
  • few glasses of coke
  • water
Friday
  • latte
  • salad with feta, spinach, aragula, cucumber, tomato, pomegranate, lenses and a slice of pita bread with hummus
  • burger with garlic mayo, chicken breast, lettuce and tomato + fries
  • half a bottle of sparkling
  • some popcorn
  • maybe some chocolate cookies
Saturday
  • latte
  • toast with avocado mayo, feta and turkey slices
  • cherry tomatoes and mozzarella with balsamico
  • cucumber
  • honey melon and pomegranate
  • bit of scrambled eggs with mozzarella and sun dried tomatoes
  • yoghurt and granola
  • some popcorn
  • white wine spritzer
  • pasta in cream sauce
  • energy drink
  • two small liquorice bars
  • two small chocolate bars
  • crisps with dip
  • coke
Sunday
  • latte
  • toast with avocado mayo, feta and turkey slices
  • cherry tomatoes and mozzarella with balsamico
  • cucumber
  • honey melon and pomegranate
  • bit of scrambled eggs with mozzarella and sun dried tomatoes
  • yoghurt and granola
  • white tea with milk
  • pancakes with strawberry jam
  • some chocolate cookies
  • coke
  • crisps with dip
A bit more salad than last week but still a lot sugar. I'm addicted.
