Best things about staying at a hotel are: comfy big beds, breakfasts and the room is constantly kept tidy. After a well slept night headed for breakfast, and it was as nice as I had hoped.
Mä rakastan olla hotellissa; yleensä isot mukavat sängyt pehmeillä lakanoilla, aamiainen ja huone aina siistitty, kun tuut takas huoneeseen. Hyvin nukutun yön jälkeen oli ihanaa mennä aamiaiselle, hissillä kätevästi 1kerrokseen, ja se aamiainen oli just eikä melkeen niin kuin voi toivoa.
According to the weather forecast the following days would be rainy and windy so decided to go for a river boat cruise. Cruises dock was right next to the hotel, chose one that took 2,5h. Was surprisingly good, the guide spoke good english and german. There was food and beverages available- 20cl of Riesling 5€. Fantastic. Highly recommend going on a cruise for you see sights from a nice angle, and get to hear history as well.
Sääennusteen mukaan seuraavat päivät olisivat sateisia ja tuulisia, joten oli oiva päivä mennä jokiajelulle. Aivan hotellin vierestä lähti yksi vene. Haluttiin nähdä mahdollisimman paljon, joten valittiin 2,5h kestävä ajelu. opas puhui yllättävän hyvää englantia, ja saksaa. Veneessä oli tarjolla ruokaa ja juomaa- 20cl Rieslingiä 5€. Huikeeta. Ajelu ja maisemat olivat myös huikeat. Suosittelen; näkee maisemia ihan eri tavalla ja kuulee historiasta enemmän.
After the cruise to one of lifes best things- eating. Went to a restaurant near the hotel at Friedrichstsse 100, called Block House.
Risteilyn jälkeen syömään. Elämän, ainakin mun, ehdottomia iloja on hyvä ruoka ja juoma. Menimme hotellin vieressä Friedrichstrasse 100 sijaitsevaan Block House ravintolaan.

Culture time in the evening. Every Monday in Berlin at Cosmic Comedy they have an english amateur comedy night where comedians test their new material. the tickets were 8€ and included as much pizza as you can eat + shots. Pretty amazing deal.
Took a taxi from the hotel and oh my the driver was a scene! He had leather jacket, leather pants, biker boots, long hair and he ate fish & chips while driving. laughed so hard after we got off the taxi. The ride cost just under 10€ to the comedy club.
Hieman kulttuuria iltaan. Berliinissä joka maanantai on englantilaista komiikkaa Cosmic Comedy klubilla. Lippu maksaa 8€ ja koomikoiden lisäksi sai niin paljon pizzaa kuin jaksaa syödä + shotteja. Huikea diili! Koomikot olivat/ ovat aloittelevia, jotka tuolla harjoittelevat uutta materialiaan.
Napattiin taksi hotellilta ja jestas se kuski oli jotain; nahkatakki, nahkahousut, biket bootsit ja tyyppi söi fish & chipsiä samalla kun ajoi. Naurettiin ihan sikana, kun päästiin klubille. Kyyti taisi maksaa just 10€.
After the show decided to walk back for the wind had calmed down and the walk was only about 30 minutes. The architecture is beautiful and diverse and even in late night, at least at that area, was safe and nice to walk.
Shown jälkeen oli kiva kävellä takaisin hotellille, tuuli oli tyyntynyt ja oli miellyttävä ilma. Kävelyn aikana, kesti noin 30 minuuttia, ihasteltiin arkkitehtuuria ja sitä miten rauhallista ja turvallista oli.
