food diary week 29

I need to eat better and more. I eat too little good food and too much sugary stuff. That's why I decided to start a diary about what I eat during a whole week.
Feels super embarrassing to write everything down that I've eaten, maybe this will work. I'll have to pay more attention now.

Monday
  • latte
  • salad with feta, spinach, arugula, cucumber, tomato, pomegranate, lenses and a slice of pita bread with hummus
  • Suklaapilvi (Chocolate cloud) ice cream cone
  • pasta with tomato sauce and chili tuna (that was terrible, I couldn't even eat half of it)

Tuesday
  • latte
  • toast with avocado mayo, feta, and turkey slices
  • cherry tomatoes and mozzarella with balsamic
  • cucumber
  • honey melon and pomegranate
  • a bit of scrambled eggs with mozzarella and sun-dried tomatoes
  • yogurt and granola
  • Battery energy drink (no sugar)
  • pasta with cream sauce
  • potato flat bread with butter, cheese, and salami
  • white tea with milk
Wednesday
  • latte
  • toast with avocado mayo, feta, and turkey slices
  • cherry tomatoes and mozzarella with balsamic
  • cucumber
  • honey melon and pomegranate
  • a bit of scrambled eggs with mozzarella and sun-dried tomatoes
  • yogurt and granola
  • Ceasar salad with chicken breast, parmesan slices, croutons and watermelon slice
  • a glass of white wine
  • Suklaapilvi (Chocolate cloud) ice cream cone
Thursday
  • two crispbreads (Swedish surskorpor, Finnish hapankorppu) with butter, Pecorino Reggiano, and salami
  • mashed potatoes, meatballs, cream sauce and cranberry jam (at Ikea, it's 5,99€!)
  • small side salad with feta cheese, pineapples, watermelon and cucumber
  • two crispbreads (Swedish surskorpor, Finnish hapankorppu) with butter, Pecorino Reggiano, and salami
  • 0,5l coke
  • Italian stew (it's a ready mix bag, you add water and minced beef)
  • Marabou crisp  chocolate bar (it's a newbie for me- delish)
  • small licorice bar of SukuLaku
  • small licorice bar of BisBis
  • small can of energy drink 
Friday
  • two crispbreads (Swedish surskorpor, Finnish hapankorppu) with butter, Pecorino Reggiano, and salami
  • yesterdays Italian stew
  • Happy Joe cider (0,33l) dry cider
  • Strongbow British Dry cider (I  didn't even finish my glass)
  • Jaffa chocolate cookies (it's been a loong time, I felt I deserved them)
  • Juustonaksuja (Finnish version of Cheetos)
Saturday
  • latte
  • toast with avocado mayo, feta, and turkey slices
  • cherry tomatoes and mozzarella with balsamic
  • cucumber
  • honey melon and pomegranate
  • a bit of scrambled eggs with mozzarella and sun-dried tomatoes
  • yogurt and granola
  • pizza with tuna, parmesan slices, and arugula
  • piccolo bottle of prosecco
  • popcorn
  • coke
  • candy
Sunday
  • latte
  • toast with avocado mayo, feta, and turkey slices
  • cherry tomatoes and mozzarella with balsamic
  • cucumber
  • honey melon and pomegranate
  • a bit of scrambled eggs with mozzarella and sun-dried tomatoes
  • yogurt and granola
  • a glass of Rosé
  • leaf steak with fries
  • a glass of Rosé
  • latte (this means caffe latte, not just milk)
  • yesterdays candy and Jaffa cookies
  • small salad with cucumber, orange pepper, feta cheese and tomato

I surrendered myself to the pleasures of candy and chocolate like totally this week. How do I feel now?  Well, quite bloated actually and a bit heavy. I'm happy that I feel this way because the likeliness of this weeks splurge happening again is slim. Like I hope I'd be, haha. No, that's true though.
