Food Diary week 27

I need to eat better and more. I eat too little good food and too much sugary stuff. That's why I decided to start a diary about what I eat during a whole week.
Feels super embarrassing to write everything down that I've eaten, maybe this will work. I'll have to pay more attention now.

Monday
  • latte
  • sandwich with pesto, sundried tomato, and mozzarella
  • smoothie with strawberries and banana
  • pizza slice with tuna, tomato, and red onions
  • three crispbreads (Swedish surskorpor, Finnish hapankorppu) with butter, Pecorino Reggiano and salami
Tuesday
  • penne pasta with ragu bolognese
  • a glass of white wine
  • latte
  • salad with feta, spinach, arugula, cucumber, tomato, pomegranate, lenses and a slice of pita bread with hummus
  • three crispbreads (Swedish surskorpor, Finnish hapankorppu) with butter, Pecorino Reggiano and salami
Wednesday
  • latte
  • toast with avocado mayo, feta, and turkey slices
  • cherry tomatoes and mozzarella with balsamic
  • cucumber
  • honey melon and pomegranate
  • a bit of scrambled eggs with mozzarella and sun-dried tomatoes
  • yogurt and granola
  • salad with feta, spinach, arugula, cucumber, tomato, pomegranate, lenses and a slice of pita bread with hummus
  • popcorn
  • coke
  • candy
Thursday
  • half of Subway sandwich with tuna, cheese, lettuce, tomato, green peppers and a bit of mayo
  • coke
  • a small bag of crisps
  • smoothie with banana and strawberries
  • burger with 200g beef steak, a bit of mayo, red onions, tomato and fries
Friday
  • delight protein bar
  • VitaminWell Free sugar-free drink
  • half of Subway sandwich with tuna, cheese, lettuce, tomato, green peppers and a bit of mayo
  • coke
  • a small bag of crisps
  • pita bread with falafel, halloumi, lettuce, cucumber, tomato and somethings I just can't remember
Saturday
  • arugula, melons, feta, feta pure, pine seeds and lemon vinaigrette
  • grilled flank steak with roasted potatoes and red wine sauce
  • rhubarb sherbert and marinated strawberries
  • latte
  • kebab with fries
  • Nocco energy drink
  • Daim chocolate bar
  • small Pätkis chocolate bar
  • small DaCapo chocolate bar
  • small BisBis licorice bar
  • small SukuLaku licorice bar
Sunday
  • latte
  • toast with avocado mayo, feta, and turkey slices
  • cherry tomatoes and mozzarella with balsamic

  • a bit of scrambled eggs with mozzarella and sun-dried tomatoes

  • a bit of blueberry long drink
  • a bit of extra dry apple cider

I've been using an app called See How You Eat Coach. You take a photo of your every meal, every snack.


There are other nice features which I'll get into more in another post but using this I've noticed that I tend to eat more regularly and have cut out the sweets etc from daily life to occasional. I've been very very happy with this app and how it's affected my eating,  xoxo
