Food Diary week 25

I need to eat better and more. I eat too little good food and too much sugary stuff. That's why I decided to start a diary about what I eat during a whole week.
Feels super embarrassing to write everything down that I've eaten, maybe this will work. I'll have to pay more attention now.

Sorry to post this so late ! Enjoyed six days in Paris which will show, you'll see ;)

Monday
  • glass if sparkling wine
  • pizza with Fior di latte -mozzarella, tuna, onion, basil, pecorino romano, olive oil, lemon peel
  • latte
  • Jaffa (it's like Fanta but better)- soda 0,33l
  • salad with feta, spinach, aragula, cucumber, tomato, pomegranate, lenses and a slice of pita bread with hummus

Tuesday
  • latte
  • toast with avocado mayo, feta and turkey slices
  • cherry tomatoes and mozzarella with balsamico
  • cucumber
  • honey melon and pomegranate
  • bit of scrambled eggs with mozzarella and sun dried tomatoes
  • yogurt and granola
  • glass of Pommac (nonalcoholic sparkling soda)
  • half of a baguette with cream cheese (arlic & herbs), parmeggiano
  • energy drink 
  • half a bottle of sparkling rosé wine
Wednesday
  • latte
  • toast with avocado mayo, feta and turkey slices
  • cherry tomatoes and mozzarella with balsamico
  • cucumber
  • honey melon and pomegranate
  • bit of scrambled eggs with mozzarella and sun dried tomatoes
  • yogurt and granola
  • water
  • Twix bar
  • Piccolo bottle of Anna Codorniu sparkling wine
  • Peperoni pizza- slice
  • half of a baguette with mayo, chicken breast, eggs, tomato and lettuce
  • half of a pain au chocolate
  • tomato with mozzarella
  • baguette with butter
  • Rosé wine
Thursday
  • baguette with butter and gouda cheese
  • soya yoghurt
  • pasta with tomato sauce
  • Rosé wine 
  • bit of Panache (like a beer with lemon but not beer)
  • water
  • salad with spinach tomato, mozzarella, cucumber, cashew nuts and chicken breast
  • baguette with butter and cheese
  • Rosé wine
  • some baguette with butter and cheese
  • strawberries
  • blueberries
Friday
  • baguette with butter and gouda cheese
  • some strawberry yogurt
  • rice with chicken breast in coconut milk, cream, tomatoes
  • baguette and salty cheese
  • cantaloupe and watermelon
  • Rosé wine
  • water
  • salad with spinach, avocado, tomato, mozzarella, cucumber
  • baguette with butter and cheese
  • strawberries
  • blueberries
Saturday
  • baguette with butter and gouda cheese
  • some strawberry yogurt
  • pizza with tomato sauce, tuna and basil
  • some Lambrusco sparkling wine

  • salad with lettuce, tomato, mozzarella, onion and avocado
  • baguette with salty cheese
  • Rosé wine

  • glass of Rosé wine
  • rice with grilled chicken breast and goose

Think I've had enough of baguette and Rosé for a while but I enjoyed eating salad twice a day- I'll try and keep that up, xoxo
