I need to eat better and more. I eat too little good food and too much sugary stuff. That's why I decided to start a diary about what I eat during a whole week.
Feels super embarrassing to write everything down that I've eaten, maybe this will work. I'll have to pay more attention now.

Wednesday

Thursday
- half of rye bread with butter, cheese and salami
- energy drink
- piccolo bottle of sparkling champagne
- Twix bar
- blueberry juice

- pizza with tuna and feta
- glass of coke
- Hell of a Nerve- smoothie from Joe&Juice (fläder, banana & strawberry)
- two crispbreads (swedish surskorpor, finnish hapankorppu) with butter, feta and tomato
- half a sub with tuna, cheese, lettuce, tomato, peppers and bit of mayo

- small bag of crisps
- glass of white wine
- glass of rosé wine
Friday
- salad with chicken breast, avocado, cucumber, pepper, tomato, feta, broccoli and potato

- bit of waffle with chocolate sauce and strawberries

Saturday

- roll with seeds and raisins with butter, lettuce, cheese, peppers and cucumber

- half of half baquette with butter, cheese, lettuce, pepper, tomato and cucumber
- ball of lemon- lime sorbét
- salad with feta, halloumi, pine nuts, tomato, pepper, cucumber
- couple glasses of white wine
