Food Diary week 22

I need to eat better and more. I eat too little good food and to much sugary stuff. That's why I decided to start a diary about what I eat during a whole week.
Feels super embarrassing to write everything down that I've eaten, maybe this will work. I'll have to pay more attention now.

Monday
  • rye bread with butter, cheese and salami
  • white tea with milk
  • Skyr-curd and blueberries
  • latte
  • some chocolate
  • some fruit candy
  • salad with chicken, mozzarella, cucumber, tomato, some seed (no idea what they were) and croutons
  • energy drink
  • McDonald's Bic Mac without onions, pickles, mac- sauce and with feast- sauce and fries + coke
  • water
Tuesday
  • rye bread with butter, cheese and salami
  • white tea with milk
  • Smoothie from Jungle  Juice called Pink panther with orange juice, strawberries and banana
  • pizza with tuna, parmesan and arugula
  • energy drink
  • protein powder mixed with water after boxing
  • Fafa's pita bread with falafel, halloumi, lettuce, cucumber, tomato + sweet potato fries
  • some chocolate cookies
  • water
Wednesday
  • rye bread with butter, cheese and salami
  • white tea with milk
  • energy drink
  • oven made potatoes with rosemary + chicken nuggets + cucumber + tomato 
  • toast with avocado mayo and feta and turkey slices
  • small portion of yoghurt + muesli
  • small portion of scrambled eggs with tomato + sun dried tomato + mozzarella
  • some grapes and pomegranate + slice of watermelon
  • few cherry tomatoes + mozzarella
  • latte
  • popcorn
  • candy
  • coke
  • white tea with milk
Thursday
  • latte
  • mozzarella, tomato + avocado
  • some candy
  • McDonald's Bic Mac without onions, pickles, mac- sauce and with feast- sauce and fries + coke
  • energy drink
  • white tea with milk
  • potato flatbread with butter, cheese and salami
  • chocolate cookies
Friday
  • latte
  • rye bread with butter, cheese and salami
  • latte
  • toast with avocado mayo and feta and turkey slices
  • half a bottle of sparkling wine
  • Bacardi Breezer orange
  • Kebab with fries
  • coke
  • water
Saturday
  • rye bread with butter, cheese and salami
  • white tea with milk
  • energy drink
  • Caesar salad with croutons, sliced chicken breast in tomato sauce, cheese bread/ bun
  • pizza with tuna, feta and pineapple
  • Moomin- soda
  • energy drink
  • water 
Sunday
  • rye bread with butter, cheese and salami
  • latte
  • spicy chicken, some salad, cheese bread/ bun
  • two licorice bars
  • two chocolate bars
  • energy drink
  • possibly a litre of white wine
  • McDonald's Bic Mac without onions, pickles, mac- sauce and with feast- sauce and fries + coke
  • water
This week I was super busy and didn't plan my eatings well so ended eating out and fast food ( alot !!). I feel like I'm super bloated and I didn't sleep well/ enough either + the alcohol amounts.. Haha not hard to know what to improve from this.
